Is there a free trial?+

Yes. New organizations can try Roster Sync Pro for 14 days when the payment method is eligible. A credit card is required to start checkout, and previously used payment methods may be charged immediately.

Which plan should we start with?+

Starter covers the operating core, including schedule approvals. Operations is the strongest fit when Autofill, saved templates, sales reporting, imports, and performance evaluation matter. Scale is for teams that also need native bookings, stronger amendment controls, and priority support.

How does launch pricing work?+

Launch pricing is available until September 30, 2026. Customers who subscribe during launch keep that rate while the subscription remains active.

Are we billed per staff member?+

No. Each plan includes a fixed active-staff allowance: Starter up to 10, Operations up to 40, and Scale up to 100. You are billed the plan rate, not a per-person seat charge.

Can we choose monthly or annual billing?+

Yes. Monthly and annual billing are available on every plan. Annual billing is priced at 10 months for the year.

Which currency will we be billed in?+

Singapore workspaces are billed in SGD. Workspaces in other countries are billed in USD. The numeric plan price is the same in both currencies.

Can managers work without seeing wage-sensitive numbers?+

Yes. Financial Visibility is a separate permission, so managers can build schedules, run attendance, and enter sales without automatically seeing labor-cost and wage-derived metrics.

What is the difference between essential CSV exports and Data Export Center?+

Starter includes focused CSV exports from core pages. Operations and Scale add Data Export Center with CSV files, Excel workbooks, Downloads, reusable presets, scheduled monthly reports, chosen columns, file details, data source labels, and owner visibility.

Who controls approvals, billing, and access?+

Detailed permissions separate Schedule & Attendance, approvals, billing, staff administration, Access Control, leave, and financial visibility. Subscription billing actions run through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages.

Do we need to configure every module on day one?+

No. Many teams start with scheduling, approvals, time off, QR attendance, and labor planning, then add imports, reporting, customer-facing offers, native bookings, and stronger controls as the operating rhythm settles.

Which plans include premium Public Profile themes?+

Every plan can publish a Public Profile with standard themes. Operations and Scale unlock the premium theme set for a more distinctive visitor page. If a workspace downgrades to Starter while using a premium theme, the profile switches back to Classic automatically.

Which plan includes native bookings?+

Native bookings are included on Scale. A workspace can publish booking actions, manage customer reservations, review booking demand, and use booking demand indicators when the plan and booking settings allow it.

Can Public Profile show current offers?+

Yes. A Public Profile can show active offers with images, date ranges, promo codes, and customer-facing terms. Offers are informational only; RSP does not track coupon redemption or customer purchases from an offer.

Do you support larger or more specific setups?+
