Payroll input checks
Review scheduled hours, recorded hours, overtime, public holiday pay, recorded source pay, variance, and source labels. Final payroll results remain in Payroll.

Operations and Scale
Export work should not restart from scratch every pay period. RSP gives growing teams a controlled workspace for payroll-input checks, attendance audits, schedule review, leave records, and company audit files, with finalized and live data clearly labeled.

Built for repeat reporting
Essential CSV exports are useful for basic access. Data Export Center is for teams that need to choose who and what to export, save the setup, and retrieve the right file when payroll or audits are due.
Review scheduled hours, recorded hours, overtime, public holiday pay, recorded source pay, variance, and source labels. Final payroll results remain in Payroll.
Pull clock records for the selected period and check exceptions against the approved roster.
Export planned weekly schedules for department, staffing, and management review.
Download leave records, balances, and ledger entries without piecing together separate screens.
Keep company-level audit files separate from staff-specific exports for clearer review.
Configure once
Users can export data for a single employee, a filtered group, active employees, deactivated employees, or the whole team. Each export type can keep its own columns, so payroll-input and leave reports do not have to share the same layout.

Request and reuse
Export requests run in the background, so managers can keep working while files are prepared. Ready files are collected in Downloads, while saved presets preserve the filters and columns that recurring reports need.
CSV files and Excel workbooks are prepared as downloadable files.
A preset can remember employee filters plus selected columns for each export type.
Monthly scheduled reports create a file in Downloads and notify the creator when it is ready.
Control
Data Export Center is available by plan and permission. Wage-sensitive payroll-input and labor-cost columns require Financial Visibility. Final payroll results, statutory packages, payslips, payment outcomes, and employee-level payroll details stay in Payroll and require Payroll Management.

Plan boundary
Starter covers focused CSV downloads from core pages. Data Export Center adds Excel workbooks, selected columns, presets, Downloads, monthly report generation, file details, and owner visibility.
Starter
Simple CSV access for smaller teams that need the basics.
Operations and Scale
Reusable export processes for teams that report, audit, and reconcile every period.
Trust and security
RSP keeps access, payroll visibility, export behavior, and billing responsibilities clear so owners can delegate work without handing every sensitive detail to every manager.
Access can be separated across Schedule & Attendance, Financial Visibility, Payroll Management, Billing Management, staff administration, leave, approvals, and Access Control.
Aggregate labor cost, recorded pay, overtime pay, and wage-sensitive reporting require Financial Visibility instead of routine schedule access.
Full payroll setup, pay runs, payslips, statutory exports, payment state, and payroll corrections use a dedicated sensitive permission and Scale entitlement where supported.
Data Export requests can show the company, requester, date prepared, company time zone, filters, date range, and selected columns.
Scheduled Data Export reports generate files in Downloads and notify the creator when ready; sensitive files are not sent as email attachments.
Important actions such as export downloads, permission changes, schedule changes, finalization, and amendments are recorded where the process needs a review trail.
Subscription checkout, payment methods, and invoices are handled through Stripe-hosted billing pages, so RSP does not store card details in the app.
FAQ
Short answers for teams comparing basic CSV exports with a reusable export process.
Essential CSV exports are focused downloads from core pages. Data Export Center adds a dedicated workspace with employee selection, date ranges, CSV files, Excel workbooks, selected columns, Downloads, saved presets, scheduled monthly reports, file details, data source labels, and owner visibility.
Yes. A saved preset can preserve filters and selected columns for each export type, so recurring payroll-input, attendance, schedule, and leave exports do not have to be rebuilt every period.
Use Payroll Handoffs for the finalized weekly payroll package, including direct CSV/XLSX downloads and Payroll Audit Links for external verification. Use Data Export when you need broader operational data across custom date ranges, saved presets, or scheduled monthly reporting.
No. Scheduled reports generate files in Downloads and notify the schedule creator when the file is ready. The notification does not include an attachment or direct download link.
Payroll-input and aggregate wage-sensitive columns in Data Export require Financial Visibility. Final payroll history, CPF/statutory details, payslips, payment destinations, and governed payroll exports stay in Payroll and require Payroll Management in a supported payroll jurisdiction.
Most staff exports can be requested as CSV or XLSX. CSV works well for import into another system, while XLSX is better when users want an Excel workbook with export details included.
Downloads are retained for a limited period and then removed automatically. If an old file is gone, users can request it again from Data Export or from a saved preset.
Start with Operations when CSV/XLSX exports, presets, downloads, and monthly report generation are part of how your team runs payroll and audits.
